Yuexiu endeavors to build a new open econom­ic system and actively integrates into national strategies such as the Belt and Road Initiative and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It takes the lead in stepping up reform in market-based, law-based and interna­tional business environment to launch 1.0 to 6.0 versions of reform in business environment. The digital governance system of "one center, three sections" has been recognized as the best case of "Guangdong Knows It Well" (a local award).
